Common questions
How quickly do you respond?+
Within one business day for new enquiries, same-day for active project teams. If you need urgent commissioning support, include that in your message and we will prioritise accordingly.
What project stages do you cover?+
From early screening through to FID-ready validation. We are most useful on LCOH modelling, techno-economic feasibility, electrolyser sizing, due diligence, and commissioning support — especially when the numbers need to stand up to scrutiny.
Are the tools really free?+
Yes — all 15+ engineering and economics tools are free. The LCOH Benchmarking Guide is also free and can be accessed by email from the resources library.
Do you work with teams outside Europe?+
Yes. We support projects globally — MENA, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and North America, as well as European developers. Tools and playbooks are built for currency-agnostic and region-independent inputs.
What does a typical engagement look like?+
Most projects start with a short project discussion to understand the stage, technology, and site. We then deliver a structured output — usually a techno-economic model, LCOH analysis, or commissioning checklist — in a defined timeframe. Engagements typically run two to six weeks depending on complexity and data availability.
