Commissioning Engineer (Europe)
Responsibilities
- Lead site readiness, cold/hot commissioning and performance testing for PEM and alkaline plants.
- Develop procedures, punch-list closure plans and operator training packs.
- Interface with OEMs and manage handover to local operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years in industrial commissioning (hydrogen, gas, power or chemical).
- Strong understanding of P&IDs, PLC/SCADA interfaces and commissioning safety.
- Fluent English; Portuguese, German or Dutch is a plus.

Maintenance Technicians
Responsibilities
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on hydrogen and gas equipment.
- Develop digital checklists, condition monitoring routes and spare parts plans.
- Support root cause analysis and reliability engineering workshops.
Requirements
- Technical diploma or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance.
- Knowledge of instrumentation, compressors and safety systems.
- Comfortable working in rotating shifts when required.

Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
- Shape go-to-market plans and originate opportunities across hydrogen developers and industrial operators.
- Coordinate proposals, scopes of work and multi-disciplinary bid teams.
- Manage pipeline forecasting and CRM insights for leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years in business development for energy, industrials or consulting.
- Strong financial modelling and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English plus one additional European language.
