Commissioning Engineer (Europe)

Hybrid — 40–60 % travel Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Lead site readiness, cold/hot commissioning and performance testing for PEM and alkaline plants.
  • Develop procedures, punch-list closure plans and operator training packs.
  • Interface with OEMs and manage handover to local operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in industrial commissioning (hydrogen, gas, power or chemical).
  • Strong understanding of P&IDs, PLC/SCADA interfaces and commissioning safety.
  • Fluent English; Portuguese, German or Dutch is a plus.

Maintenance Technicians

Portugal & Iberia Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on hydrogen and gas equipment.
  • Develop digital checklists, condition monitoring routes and spare parts plans.
  • Support root cause analysis and reliability engineering workshops.

Requirements

  • Technical diploma or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Knowledge of instrumentation, compressors and safety systems.
  • Comfortable working in rotating shifts when required.

Business Development Manager

Remote (EU) Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Shape go-to-market plans and originate opportunities across hydrogen developers and industrial operators.
  • Coordinate proposals, scopes of work and multi-disciplinary bid teams.
  • Manage pipeline forecasting and CRM insights for leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in business development for energy, industrials or consulting.
  • Strong financial modelling and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English plus one additional European language.
